TUITION
REGISTRATION
To officially register your child, a Brightwheel account must be created. Once you have toured our facility, and it is determined that your child is a good fit for our program, a Brightwheel invitation will be sent to the email address on file. Once you have filled in all of the information fields, the school will apply the registration fee to your account. This registration fee will need to be paid in full before your child's first day of school. This fee in non-refundable, and will reserve your child's spot through the second Friday in September. If your child has not attended by that time and no communication has been provided to the staff, your child's spot will be cancelled and given to the next child on the waitlist.
$175 yearly per child | Non-refundable | Must be paid before your child(ren) can start | This fee covers various classroom expenses. For DHHS families. this fee is NOT covered, and is expected to be paid in full by the family.
For returning families, a $100 Early Re-Enrollment fee will be billed to you through Brightwheel and due April 1st. This will secure your child's spot for the following school year. After April 1st, the re-enrollment fee will be $175.
BILLING
Billing will be sent out weekly; your amount due can be found in your Brightwheel account. From there, you will have three ways by which you can submit your tuition payment.
Paying by credit card in Brightwheel: the payment will go through within several business days of submission, and a receipt of payment will be emailed to the provided email address on file. Auto-pay is available, but not mandatory. Please note that there is a credit card fee added to your transaction if paying by card.
Paying with check in person: we will record your payment as an “offline payment” in Brightwheel and a receipt of payment will be emailed to the provided email address on file as soon as it has been recorded. The check will be deposited within several business days of submission.

EXTENDED CARE
Our school day runs from 7:30am to 3:30pm. If your child will require extended care before or after our school day, an additional fee will be added to your account. We offer Before Care beginning at 6:30am, and our After Care ends at 6pm.
For students in Garden, Farm, Forest and Jungle, the extended care fees are $7/hour. For students in Desert, Pond, and Ocean, the extended care fee is $5/hour. There is a $100 cap for extended care fees.
DISCOUNTS & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
If multiple children are enrolled full-time in FCS, Miracle Academy, and/or LLA, a $350 discount will be applied per family. This discount is applied in $35 increments over a 10 month period.
Military and law enforcement workers will also receive a 10% discount as a way for us to express our gratitude for their service.
We accept DHS payments for families requiring financial assistance from the state. All families are responsible for the registration fee payment, and should apply for DHS assistance through the state. Additionally, the state sometimes requires families to pay a co-pay for childcare services—it is the family’s responsibility to determine this amount with their caseworker.
