TUITION

Registration
To officially register your child, a Brightwheel account must be created. Once you have toured our facility, and it is determined that your child is a good fit for our program, a Brightwheel invitation will be sent to the email address on file. Once you have filled in all of the information fields, the school will apply the registration fee to your account. This registration fee will need to be paid in full before your child's first day of school. This fee in non-refundable, and will reserve your child's spot through the second Friday in September. If your child has not attended by that time and no communication has been provided to the staff, your child's spot will be cancelled and given to the next child on the waitlist.
The registration fee is $175/child, and for those in the Desert, Pond, and Ocean Rooms, there is also a $75 textbook fee for the curriculum books. The textbook fee will be added to the student’s first tuition payment.
Once your child is enrolled, it is your responsibility to make sure that your child has all of the state-required vaccinations and/or waivers. All children must also have a health appraisal on file within 30 days of initial attendance. Physicals must be updated yearly for infants and toddlers, and every two years for preschoolers. The physical exam can be performed within the preceding three months for infants, within the preceding 6 months for toddlers, and within the preceding 12 months for preschoolers.
Billing
Billing will be sent out weekly; your amount due can be found in your Brightwheel account. From there, you will have three ways by which you can submit your tuition payment.
Paying by credit card in Brightwheel: the payment will go through within several business days of submission, and a receipt of payment will be emailed to the provided email address on file. Auto-pay is available, but not mandatory. Please note that there is a credit card fee added to your transaction if paying by card.
Paying with check in person: we will record your payment as an “offline payment” in Brightwheel and a receipt of payment will be emailed to the provided email address on file as soon as it has been recorded. The check will be deposited within several business days of submission.

Extended Care
Our school day runs from 7:30am to 3:30pm. If your child will require extended care before or after our school day, an additional fee will be added to your account. We offer Before Care beginning at 6:30am, and our After Care ends at 6pm.
For students under three years of age, the extended care hours are $7/hour. For students three years and up, the extended care fee is $5/hour. There is a $100 cap for extended care fees.
Discounts & Financial Assistance
Families with multiple children will receive a 10% discount for the oldest children enrolled in our school.
Military and law enforcement workers will also receive a 10% discount as a way for us to express our gratitude for their service.
We accept DHS payments for families requiring financial assistance from the state. All families are responsible for the registration fee payment, and should apply for DHS assistance through the state. Additionally, the state sometimes requires families to pay a co-pay for childcare services—it is the family’s responsibility to determine this amount with their caseworker.
