We’ve got you covered!

Monthly Schedules

At the end of each month, your child’s teacher will be sending home a calendar for the following month. Please indicate which days/times your child(ren) will be in attendance. This information helps us staff properly and allows your child’s teacher to plan for activities.

Pizza Order Forms

We offer pizza lunches each Wednesday for $1.50/slice. All orders should have this form attached with the child's name and desired number of slices, and payment should be exact change and sealed in an envelope or ziplock bag.

We are required by the pizzeria to order the pizzas by 12pm on Tuesdays, therefore late orders cannot be accepted anytime after 11pm on Tuesdays.

Health Appraisals

Each student is required by the state of Michigan to have an up-to-date physical on file (please see our handbook for specific physical requirements). These health appraisals must be signed by a physician before being turned in to the office.

Immunization Records

In order for your child to attend, he/she must be fully vaccinated or properly waived for all age-appropriate immunizations; while we know that this is something of a sensitive topic for many families, we are required to have our students compliant with state guidelines for licensing purposes.

As of August 2023, parents are no longer required to submit a paper copy of their child’s immunizations to the daycare. If your child has been properly vaccinated, his waiver will show up in the MCIR system* and your child will be considered in good standing. The same is true for your child if you have gone through the proper waiver procedures through the Macomb County Health Department.

If your child does not show up with a “Complete” status in our MCIR system, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to have the child vaccinated by a physician, or to obtain a waivers from the Macomb County Health Department (586.469.5100).

Any child who is not compliant before the first day of attendance will not be able to begin care until compliance is met. Additionally, if a child is already in attendance and does not take steps to remain up-to-date, he/she will be in jeopardy of being excluded from school until compliance is met.
