LLA Christmas Program
It’s the most wonderful time of the year again...and that means it’s time for another Christmas program put on by the sweetest little performers!
We hope you can join us for the performance on Wednesday, December 11th at 3:30pm. Our students in Jungle, Desert, Pond, and Ocean have been working so hard for weeks to be able to tell you the story of The Animal’s Christmas Eve.
We are asking all parents/guests to find seats in the church auditorium once they arrive, and we will bring the students down to the church when it is time for them to perform. Once the performance is over, you will bring your child(ren) to the cafeteria (across from the courtyard) to gather their belongings, and have a few refreshments. Should you need to return to work, your child will still have the option of attending Late Stay once the performance is over. If you wish to take your child home after, you may do so after checking them out.
For parking, all parents and family members should park down at the church end (near Little Mack) and enter in the main doors by the flag pole. It is the “Faith Baptist Church” curvy entrance.
Since this is a performance, please send in a “Sunday best” outfit for your child to change into. Our teachers will do their best to make sure that they are performance-ready!
We encourage you to invite grandparents, uncles, aunts, etc. to come out and support our little ones!

2024 Craft Fair
We invite you all to join us for our 4th Annual Craft Fair event taking place on November 2nd! Whether you’re looking to get a jump start on some early Christmas shopping, grab a little something for yourself, support local crafters, or just pass some time on a Saturday, we’re excited for you to come out and browse as we aim to raise funds for our daycare.
General admission is $2/person for those 10 years and older (children under 10 are free), and we will also have concessions available for purchase as well. We ask that all strollers and wagons be left at home so that walkways don’t get congested, and so that vendor items do not get damaged.
FOR CRAFT VENDORS ONLY:
All crafters must submit sample photos of their work to be juried, and once approved, you will be sent a link to the payment and registration page, unless otherwise notified as being denied directly by Little Leaders Academy. [Please click the button at the bottom of this page to submit samples of your work to our juror.] We limit all MLMs to one table per business so as not to compete with others selling the same brand. (This only applies to MLMs, not crafters.)
Vendors may request a specific spot (in a corner, next to another vendor, etc.); however, no requests are guaranteed, and swapping spaces with a different vendor will not be permitted. Requesting electrical access for your setup is available upon registration; however, please keep in mind that only a certain number of outlets are available, and access to outlets will not be given for phone charging, but for display purposes only.
Each vendor will receive one 5x8 ft. section, along with one 8 ft. table and one chair. If you would like additional tables, an additional spot will need to be purchased. All display racks and/or shelves will need to be provided by the vendor, as the daycare does not provide display items other than tables. It is the responsibility of the vendor to bring tablecloths or other coverings for the tables, if they are so desired.
Vendors who cancel, or who fail to show up to the event, will not be refunded.
Setup will take place the morning of the show from 7:30am-9:45am. All vendors must have their displays ready and be at their display by 9:50am. An email with further details pertaining to parking, setting up, etc. will be emailed to the provided email within the week leading up to the event. Due to the number of late registrations, we do not send out emails earlier than the week before. (Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders, as many email hosts block our emails since they are coming from a business address.)
EXCLUSIONS: Given our church affiliation, we cannot accept vendors who make or sell merchandise referencing drugs, tobacco, alcohol, intimacy, profanity, witchcraft, or anything else that may misrepresent the beliefs of Faith Baptist Church.
PRICING:
One 5x8' space w/ one 8 foot table: $40 each* (additional tables will need to be purchased as an additional space )
Electrical Outlet Access: $5
Lunch: $5 each (Lunch will include a chicken patty sandwich, a bag of chips, a cookie, and pop or water.)

End of Year Celebration
We invite you to join us as we close out the 23-24 school year with our annual End of Year Performance! This is a special time where our students in the Jungle, Desert, Pond, and Ocean classes perform songs that they’ve learned in Kindermusik, show off various things they’ve learned in the classroom, and receive certificates from their teachers. More info to come soon!

Spring Picture Day
Another picture day is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th! Happy Feet Portraits, who specializes in daycare age portraits, will be coming to take picture of our students!

+ Register each child separately. This new process will automatically send parents a text and email advising them the photos are ready to view. (There will be NO MORE paper passcode forms).
+ All children will need to be here by 8:30am at the latest in order to have their photos taken.
+ A link to view the photos will be sent via text and email to parents by 8:30pm the day after picture day.
+ No money will be collected from parents
+ Photos will be delivered to families, not the school; please be sure to double-check that the correct address is listed
+ Only photos of children currently enrolled at the center will be taken. No family group photos (mom, dad, siblings not attending the school etc.) due to time constraints

School Picture Day!
…SAY “CHEESE!”
Don’t forget to send your little one(s) dressed up in their spiffiest outfits on Thursday, October 12th since we will be having a portrait coming in to take school pictures! Feel free to send in a change of clothes if you do not wish for your child to wear their nice clothing all day.
If your child is not typically scheduled for Thursdays, but you would still like to have their pictures taken, you can either bring them in for their photo session and then leave with them, or you can indicate the change of scheduled days on the October calendar that you submit.
Our time slot will be first thing in the morning, so we ask that you be sure to have your children here sometime before 8:30am.
Be mindful that you will need to plan for a little bit of a wait if you are bringing them in on your own as we have lots of little ones to get photos of, and getting pictures of young children does not always prove itself to be an easy task.
Craft Fair | "Cars For A Cause"
We hope that you stop by for the craft fair that we will be hosting during the classic car show event! Admission into the event is FREE and we will have a variety of vendors for you to shop from. Since this is a family event, we will be allowing strollers to make shopping easier for all of our moms with little ones!

You are not alone in your everyday parenting struggles! Come join this sweet friendship circle of other moms and be refreshed as we search for hope and encouragement from God’s Word and one another. This group is for moms with children ages newborn through high school and the meetings are one Monday out of the month (future dates will be determined soon).

Easter "Egg"stravaganza
Hop On Over!
The 2nd Annual FBC Easter “Egg”stravaganza will be taking place on Saturday, April 1st at 10am!
We will have "Minute To Win It" style games, a bounce house, face painting, guessing jars, real bunnies to pet, prizes, and of course, an egg hunt! The children will also receive a special Easter message from our very own Pastor Berlin!
This FREE event will take place down in the church end of our campus, so please be sure to park down on the western-most end of our parking lot and enter through the main doors (near the flagpoles). Please remember to bring a bag or bucket for your child(ren) to place collected eggs into.
If you or someone you know is interested in donating candy for the event, please fill out the volunteer sign-up form using the button below, and arrangements will be made for the donated items to be dropped off. All are welcome to help out--we hope to see you there!

FCS & LLA Christmas Program
Please Join Us!
Little Leaders Academy, together with Faith Christian School, will be putting on a special Christmas performance on Tuesday, December 6th. Students from our Jungle, Desert, and Ocean Rooms will be performing various Christmas songs with the use of small instruments and props! This program will be during the FCS dress rehearsal time (rather than at thepreviously scheduled evening show) so that we are not having to limit attendance. Because of this, we encourage you to invite as many family members as you wish as no tickets are required.
We will be closing the daycare early at 2pm, and the concert will start at 3pm in the Faith Baptist Church sanctuary. We will be sure to have designated space available here on campus for those who don't have time to take their children home to get ready before the concert, as we know many parents will be coming from work. We ask that all children are dressed in their "Sunday best" for the performance, and Christmas colors (reds, greens, and golds) are encouraged.
A special Christmas backdrop will be available down in the church end for those interested in getting pictures of their little ones before the event starts. We will also be providing light refreshments in the Fellowship Hall so please feel free to stop by there as well!
All children performing will need to be back with their teachers NO LATER THAN 2:45pm so that they can get lined up and ready for the performance. We are asking that all children in our Jungle, Desert, and Ocean Rooms perform in our program; however, if there is some reason why your child is unable to attend, we ask that you communicate this with us in advance.

FAITH FAMILY FELLOWSHIP
BRING YOUR APPETITES!
We hope that you will all consider joining us right after the morning church service on 10/30 for our Faith Family Fellowship potluck! FBC hosts these events several times per year and it's always a great time! No need to bring a dish to pass, we would love for you to be our guests and see what our church ministry is all about. The evening service will be replaced by an afternoon service immediately following the luncheon.
This event takes place in the church’s Fellowship Hall, which for those who have not yet attended, is on the opposite side of the building from LLA. The church services will, of course, take place in our sanctuary.

Fall Craft Fair

We invite you all to join us for our 2nd Annual Fall Craft Fair! We will have a variety of different crafters and vendors available for you to shop with, and concessions and baked good items will also be available for purchase. General admission is $2 at the door.
For those interested in renting a space:
-Daycare-provided tables are $40
-Seller-provided tables are $30/ table
-Additional display walls/racks are $20 each (to be provided by seller)
-MLMs will be limited to one vendor per company to reduce competition of sales (See below for which MLMs have already been claimed)
-Breakfast and lunch will be provided for $5 each if you sign up for it ahead of time. (The breakfast will include: A breakfast sandwich, a piece of breakfast bread, and coffee or water. The lunch will include a breaded chicken sandwich, chips, a cookie, and pop or water).

Together with Faith Baptist Church and Faith Christian School, Little Leaders Academy will be hosting three events on campus July 30th--a Car Show, Garage Sale, and Mom2Mom Sale! Complete with food trucks, activities, and giveaways, there will be something for the whole family!
